Photographers have access to a curated collection of furniture and props, a professional wall-mounted backdrop system, and studio lighting options to help achieve polished, consistent results for every session. With a private secured entrance, two private restrooms, and year-round heating and cooling, the studio is designed to be both functional and comfortable for you and your clients.

Hourly Studio Rentals

Hourly rentals include full access to the studio — three versatile shooting areas, rotating seasonal and holiday sets, professional lighting equipment, the wall-mounted backdrop system, a newborn posing station with wraps and blankets, decorative chairs, furniture and props, a private secured entrance, two restrooms, and year-round heating and cooling. Everything you need for your session is included — no add-on fees.
Become a Resident Photographer
Looking for a studio to call home? Our Resident Photographer Program is designed for photographers who want consistent, dedicated access to a professional studio without the expense and responsibility of maintaining their own space.
Choose the membership tier that fits how you shoot:
Tier 1: $350/month - 4 Hours of Monthly Studio Access
Tier 2: $500/month - 6 Hours of Monthly Studio Access
Tier 3: $650/month - 8 Hours of Monthly Studio Access
All Resident Photographer tiers include unlimited access to the studio's full amenities during your booked hours — professional lighting equipment, the wall-mounted backdrop system, newborn wraps and blankets, decorative chairs, furniture and props, and seasonal installations. Hours can be split across multiple sessions throughout the month and do not roll over.
Residents also have exclusive access to our client closet, plus dedicated storage space to leave personal props, backdrops, or client wardrobe at the studio between sessions — no more hauling gear back and forth for every shoot.
Beyond studio access, Resident Photographers become part of our creative community. You'll be featured on our social media, included in our list of recommended local photographers, and connected with a small network of fellow creatives who share the space — a built-in way to grow your visibility while you grow your business.
To ensure availability and maintain a collaborative environment, only six Resident Photographer spots are available at any given time. Resident Photographers must carry their own liability insurance and commit to a minimum three-month term.
